Who we are
Lifeview Medical Hospital is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. We aim to handle your information in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
What we collect
When you request an appointment we collect your name, phone number, optional email, preferred service, date and time, whether you are a new or returning patient, and an optional short reason for the visit. When you send an enquiry we collect your name, contact details and message.
Why we use it
We use this information only to respond to your request, arrange and confirm appointments, and reply to your enquiry. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.
Medical information
Please do not send detailed medical history through this website. Clinical information is collected in person by our medical staff and kept in our clinical records.
Who can see it
Only authorised hospital staff can view appointment requests and enquiries. Access is protected by secure sign-in and data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
How long we keep it
We keep appointment requests and enquiries only for as long as needed to handle them and meet our legal obligations, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how it is used. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission of Ghana.
